Service in Franklin
Getting started is simple: walk in with the bike during shop hours and drop it off. We will look it over, explain what we see, and get your approval before parts or deeper repairs make the job grow.
How service works
Bring the bike by during shop hours. No appointment is needed for bike service.
We listen to the symptom and inspect the bike with you at the counter.
We separate adjustments from worn parts or work that needs a deeper look.
Bigger work starts only after you know the plan, and we call if anything changes.
Core service
A whole-bike reset: clean, adjust, check, and test the complete bicycle so it feels dependable again—not like a stack of unrelated fixes.
The drivetrain is fully cleaned and degreased, then relubricated. The bike exterior is washed, the frame is cleaned and waxed, and braking, shifting, wheels, fasteners, safety, and ride quality are checked as one system. Parts and deeper repairs are explained and quoted separately.

Stop using or charging an e-bike battery that overheats, changes shape, leaks, makes odd noises, smells strange, or shows fire or smoke; leave the area and call 911.
